Please indicate if copies are to be CERTIFIED. Unless certified copies are requested, plain copies will be obtained. Certificates of status, good standing, suspension, and non-filing are also available.

The average turnaround time for a copy request is about 4-6 working days. Because of the volume of requests we bring in, the Secretary of State will not process any requests same-day or while we wait. Attorney service is strictly limited to dropping off and picking up when ready.

Pricing

Our cost for this service is $45.00 + the cost of the copies (which is determined by the Secretary of State based on what is ordered). The fees involved are as follows:

  • $10.00 counter handling fee per entity
  • $1.00 for the first page of each document
  • $0.50 for each additional page of each document
  • An extra $5.00 for certification, if requested

The costs of copies usually range from $11.00-$45.00. Once the copies have been received, your credit card will be billed $45.00 + the actual cost of the copies.
